Agency is truly a gift from God. It was the subject of the war in heaven. If we had agency, we would be subject to pain
and suffering. But without it, we would
not ever be able to learn for ourselves and we would know no joy because we
would have nothing to compare it to. I
am so grateful that the two-thirds of us who chose the Savior’s plan to have
agency won that war in heaven. I am so
grateful for agency. My sincere desire
it use my agency righteously and in a way that is pleasing to my Heavenly
Father. I know that I am always free to
choose but not free to choose the consequences so I plan on making the best
choices I can so I will have desirable consequences.
